Fishing Notes |
---|
This was a rather tough day fishing. I have been off the water for a few days for the state fair and today I just could not put together a pattern that would produce consistently. I fished from 1:00 – 5:00, the day was sunny and the water was pretty calm, so I focused my fishing the first couple of hours points and deep brush, then the later part of the afternoon around docks and shallow debris fields in the backs of coves. I did see a few schools of the large gizzard shad in the backs of a couple of coves, but never did see any real concentration of bass on my graph. The fish seem to be scattered. |
