Fishing Notes |
---|
Today was a good day for catching some keepers and figuring a few things out about the fish. Jack and I are both preparing individually for a tournament next weekend, so today we were exploring varying patterns and monitoring the graph for fish and bait fish activity. We fished the backs of coves in 2′-5′ of water targeting isolated cover, fishing all areas of the last few docks in the backs of coves, brush piles around docks and main lake points. The best bite today was in the backs of coves with bait fish, also the corners of docks with wind hitting directly on the corner of the dock. Stay tuned, the bass bite at Lake of the Ozarks can change quickly. |
