Fishing Notes |
---|
Today I could not figure out the fish. The conditions seemed ideal for catching a lot of fish and quality fish as it was overcast this afternoon with good wind. I did some bluff fishing and scouting today, hoping that the bait fish on the main Osage would be there, but they just are not on the bluffs that I fished today, no bait fish, no fish :). Then I moved shallow in the backs of cuts and coves, there are plenty of bait fish shallow, in some coves almost too many bait fish. Considering the overcast skies/low light conditions the fish were difficult to predict. One minute there would be a blow-up on bait fish on the front of the docks, then another behind the dock and then right down the middle of the creek channel. The fish that I caught were in dock wells, corners of docks and the middle of the cove. If you fished today, let us know how you did, send us your report to info@bassingbob.com. |
