Fishing Notes |
---|
Today was a pretty cold day on the water, while the air temp was not too bad it rained on us most of the day which added a level of chill. As we are practicing for a tournament on Sunday, we tried many different types of banks including main lake points and secondary points with wind, creek channel banks mid way back in coves and brush piles. We threw the jerkbait and A-Rig most of the day, but we were not getting bit very well, the fish just have not bit well and consistently the past few days. We slowed down and threw the jig and had a couple of bites including a nice 6 pounder. |
