Fishing Notes

I was on the water for just a couple of hours today, I stayed close to my home in the Glaize as the wind was really strong, 25-40mph and I was also low on gas in my boat from this weekends tournament runs up the Niangua. So, I fished many spots today that I know in this area that I have caught fish and was a sheltered from the strong winds. The bite in these areas are just not there yet, although I expect them to turn on any day, hopefully this week as we should have a full week of warm weather. Today I fished the jerkbait, jig and A-Rig, but only caught two small ones.
