Fishing Notes |
---|
Post spawn can be quite frustrating for bass fishing for me. The fish seem to be in a major transition mode. There are still some fish on beds and just now spawning, the earlier spawners from the past month seem to have disappeared and there seem to be lots of swimmers, short fish cruising the flat banks close to creek channels. These seem to be the majority of the fish that we are catching. I am hoping to find bigger migrating bass along these banks and secondary points but just a bunch of 12-14 inchers. |
