It is always a great day fishing when fishing with the great Wayne Fitzpatrick, owner of Fitz Fishing in Osage Beach. Today we targeted points with big rocks and bluffy style banks. We caught a lot of good fish on a jig working it on the bottom, stroking it high and stroking it slightly with 3 short strokes. Bait fish seemed to be the key to catching bass on points. Points with bait fish produced and points with no bait fish did not produce. We probably worked at least 20-30 points today. |
