Fishing Notes

Due to a busy day I was only able to fish an hour from noon to 1:00. The boat traffic was getting heavy at this time which made fishing main points a bit challenging. The generation at this time was heavy as they were pulling large amounts of water. The first point I fished was a long tapering point. There was baitfish scattered on the point and was able to manage one non keeper. The second stop was a point that normally holds fish this time of the year. Fished it for about 10 minutes but was difficult to hold the spot due to the cigar boats, skiiers, cruisers and the rest. moved to a point with a ledge that fell from 6 to 20 feet. The first cast on the way to the ledge was on a corner of a wave break, Caught a keeper on the corner, Then moved to the ledge, next cast another keeper as the bait fell off the ledge. Fished the ledge another 10 minutes with another short while getting hammered by waves. On another note: I saw 2 nice bass swim out from the floats on the corner of the docks as spooked them walking to my boat. i believe that the conditions are right for the fish to be on the end of these condo docks now.
A Bassing Bob expert reported catching several nice 4-5 pounders in the main lake area early in 20-25 feet of water.
Sorry for no picks as it was a bit of a challenge with the unstable water where I was fishing.
