Fishing Notes |
---|
After getting beat to death by big boats yesterday afternoon, I got on the water at 7:00 this morning and fished until noon. The morning started off pretty slow fishing main lake points and around Tan Tara island. My first bite did not come until after 10:00 AM. I found a bluff ledge with brush in about 15′ of water and caught 3 keepers from the same brush pile. I also got a keeper off a laydown and the biggest fish of the day a 4-5 pounder next to a dock/wave runner on bluffy like rock in about 8′ of water in the no wake zone between the Osage and Glaize. All of the fish today were caught on the Crock-o-Gator Shaker Head with a Zoom Magnum Trick Worm. I did fish the spook and jig as well with no bites. |
