Fishing Notes |
---|
Today was a beautiful day on the water and all the pre 4th of July boaters took full advantage of it. We fished this afternoon on steep rock banks with transition to small bluffs and ledges. The graph lit up in many of the areas but the fish would not cooperate. We caught a couple in brush piles in 15 feet of water inside a main lake point cut. We tried some shallower docks(8-15 Feet) 1/2 way back in a cove that have brush but no takers. Overall it was a difficult day for me. A friend of mine shared a couple pictures, one being a 3-4 pounder caught by his sons friend on a point in the Glaize and the other being a gar caught on a live goldfish. |
