Fishing Notes |
---|
This morning I got on the lake about 8:00 and fished until 11:30. I started off on a main lake point fishing a football head jig with no bites, then proceeded to a cove that I knew of several brush piles loaded up at the tops of about 3 docks in 12′-20′ of water. I caught two small keeper of that brush and a couple of short fish. I then searched for some additional brush piles around some condo docks in the same cove, with no bites. Then I proceeded to the back of a large cove in the lower Glaze, working brush piles toward the back of the cove near the creek channel where I caught a couple of short fish in 12′-15′ feet of brush. The boat traffic was a bit insane with 9 boats all pulling tubes and water skiers, all vying for this same stretch of water that I was fishing, it was crazy!! |
