Fishing Notes |

This morning i went out searching for shallow fish, after the day wayne and my dad had yesterday! they were catching good fish in 5-20 ft of water. so i fished around my home at the 23 mm by tan tara resort. I was targeting docks and shallow lay downs. this is something i haven’t fished yet this year for ive been catching my fish deep as of late. I got on the water at about 6am the fish didnt start biting untill about 7am. I was able to land a number of short fish but wasnt able to get any keepers. I did notice that some of the big balls of bait fish are starting to get to the backs of creeks, which is a good sign for the pattern that i was fishing. I concluded the day knowing i will keep fishing this pattern in search of bigger fish, but also i know i can still catch a good deep bite. At this time it gives us fisherman a couple options to catch good fish. |
