Fishing Notes |

Today was a practice day for me. While I am always hoping to catch fish, today I was hoping to catch brush piles. As I have put several piles in the lake the past month and I have marked many additional piles, it is not always easy to sit off the bank and hit those piles consistently. So today, I was mainly focused on hitting the piles. However, when I did hit the piles, most of which are in 13′ – 18′ of water, I got bit. Most fish were shorts, but I did manage to catch a couple of small keepers too. Bassing Bob expert, Wayne Fitzpatrick reported having a good spook bite today around docks. |
