It was good to be back on the water today after returning from a sports weekend in STL watching the Cardinals and Rams games. I was on the water for only about an hour from 1:30 – 2:30 today fishing the Osage working the buzzbait and spinner bait around large chunky big rocks on and around main lake points and the sides areas around the last condo docks near the main lake.. While I had a few blow ups and a couple of fish on the buzz bait, the most consistent bite was with the spinner bait. I just kept my foot on the trolling motor and worked the points and banks relatively fast as I knew I would only be on the water for about an hour today. A big thanks to all of the Bassing Bob members that have been posting your daily fishing reports. Your daily fishing reports really adds value for fisherman as it provides different perspectives, areas of the lake, structure and baits. |
