Fishing Notes

This afternoon was an amazing afternoon for fishing on the Lake Of The Ozarks!!! Dad and i got out about 1 o’clock with our plan to stick to fishing big chunk rock with wind and or chop hitting on it. Man did this pattern pan out!!! Every spot we went to we at least got a bit on the Crock O Gator Buzz bait. When the fish did get hooked they were usually good ones! the overcast sky’s made it a little easier on us for we didn’t have to chase the shade around. This was one of my most memorable days fishing ever, not only did dad and i catch alot of quality keepers, I caught a fish of a lifetime a 8.25 pounder! this fish came on the last spot we were going to fish before dark. I threw the buzz bait in between some chunk rock and he nailed it at about 4:45pm. when i got him in the boat all i kept saying was “ohhh my gosh dad…ohhh my gosh dad hes a giant” !!! For dad and i to have a day like this was really exciting and Memorable!! The fish quality fish are really starting to bite good guys!! I recommend getting out on the lake and trying this pattern, you could just have a day of a lifetime!!
