Fishing Notes |
---|
After having a poor outing in Saturday’s tournament, I decided today to really change things up a lot. I thought that I would take a ride to the Niangua where the water should be a bit colder than the mid lake stretch I had been fishing. The water was only about 2 degrees different. The water was clear and flat. I could not find a whisper of wind all day. I through the jig quite a bit due to the flat water and the jerk bait, which I did not have much confidence in considering the flat water. I really do not know the Niangua that well so I was trying a lot of different banks and structure. It was a long five hours of fishing. |
