Fishing Notes |
---|
Well…. Crappie fishing didnt go so well on this day so i switched to bass. Ive really been wanting to check out a carolina rigged brush hog to see if the fish are ready to bite it,and i jush havent used the C-rig much in my time. So i was targeting the outside of pockets that led into spawning pockets. The ones with pea gravel and softball rock. I also hit secondary points that had wind straight in on them. I had success on both these patterns with one keeper coming on a secondary point and one coming out of a spawning pocket. All in all the jerkbait caught me more fish but the bigger fish came on the C-Rig. |
