Fishing Notes |
---|
After a dismal day fishing in the tournament this Saturday, I took the day off from fishing Sunday. I got on the water today about 1:30 with the intent to fish for a couple of hours so I could watch the Cardinals home opener this afternoon. The very first spawning pocket that I pulled up to, threw the C-Rig right up the gut of the creek and caught a monster bass weighing 7.4 pounds. Amazing to me, on Friday the day before the tournament I caught a 7.7 pounder and then today within the first hour of fishing I caught another 7 pounder. That is fishing, I guess. I continued to fish the same pattern for a couple of hours and caught several short fish on several baits. |
