Fishing Notes |

Chad Deaver has flat out been catching the post spawn crappie!!Chad reports catching all of his crappie in the gravios arm to the dam. Chad has been targeting deeper brush piles from 15-25 feet down vertical jigging with bobby garlands blue ice crappie jigs. He also reports dock shooting some main lake bluff docks with muddy water blue and chartreuse tubes. Chad also has been catching the crappie pretty good on bluff ends trolling bandits 300 crank baits pink and white colors. The best bite for him has been last hour before dark and first thing in the morning. I have heard that alot recently at fitzs, first hour of light and last hour of light has been the best time to wack the crappie. |
