Fishing Notes |
---|
The bite was on good today. Since my son Rob was going toward the dam, I decided to run past Tan Tara to work bluff ends, main lake points and secondary points. The dam continues to heavily pull water creating a lot of current which is now starting to position bass on the main lake points and bluff ends. While the majority of the fish I caught today were on main lake points/bluff ends and bluff ledges from Tan Tara to Linn Creek, my biggest fish were on a long tapering secondary point inside of a cove just outside of a couple of spawning pockets. I caught a 4.15 and and 4.10 pounder on back to back casts on that point. The bite today for me was mostly in 12′-18′ of water. |
