This evening ben and i were ready to get back after them after a tough tourney the day before. We put in at coffman at about 6 O’clock. We noticed big wind was rolling out there!! luckily Ben brought his crank bait. He caught a couple keepers right away on it. It was the new strike king 6XD crank. We mainly were trying to find new good spots to fish with our graphs and maps. We did find some good rock and brush, all main lake related. We caught keepers though they were not giants we caught them on various baits. We caught fish out of brush in about 15-23 foot with black n blue power worms, and the black n blue destroyer. Also caught a nice one on a big shaky head with a magnum worm on it. Seemed like the last 20 minutes of light was the best. once it got dark we caught a few but not any big ones. |
