Fished the toll bridge are fishing the back halves of creeks, behind docks along side of docks and the very back shallow flats. |

It was nice to get back on the water today. I fished from 12:30 – 5:30. I pretty much just fished three areas. In each of them I worked them pretty thoroughly from about 1/2-3/4 of the way back and all the way back on the shallow flats. I did not catch many on the tube or Carolina Rig but had a couple on both. My most consistent bite fan casting the spinner bait just under the surface. There were a lot of bait fish in the back flats. My best bite was on the creek side that should have fresher water from recent run off. I did fish the crank bait, rock crawler along a couple of long banks in the lower Glaize with no bites. |
