8 mm pitching back corners of docks just next to spawning pocket. Brush was a bonus 3-5′ of water |

Got out early on Easter Sunday could only fish till 8:30 then I had Easter functions. The bite was on early fished three pockets caught 11 fish w 6 keepers. Keepers were cookie cutter 3.25 -3.5 with one kicker 4.5-5 pitchin the jig to docks with shallow brush. Water depth was 7-9′ in front 2-‘ on the back side of the docks. Most fish were on the shady side or back corner. I was very hard to come back in, great morning to say the least. |
