Steep rocky bank, just down from condo docks |
Fishing Notes |
---|
Today was my first day on the water for the season. I fished around MM 37. Just kind of out messing around before dinner. The bank was about half way back of a big cove and just up from some condo docks. It was just a good steep chunk rock bank pretty close to some spawning coves. I started out with a weightless fluke, but didn’t get a bite. Then I saw a bass it the top of the water, so I started throwing the Pop-R. It was about the fourth cast when the good one hit. Like I said, I was just out messing around getting the lay of the land, so I didn’t try much of any thing else. |
