Only fished a couple of hours this morning early, 6 – 8:30. Had to get back to take the grand kids out for breakfast at Horny Toads.. Took Bob’s and Wayne’s advice from yesterday and fished main points and bluffs. Fished from 5 mm to 7mm main lake. Only caught three fish but two was keepers. They was hitting the Chomper hard. Tried a tube but no luck, then also threw a green pumpkin worm with red flake with shaky head but no takers and few bites but couldn’t get hook set. Overall fair day just would have liked to fish longer. Thanks for the advice,,,,, |
