Fishing Notes |
---|
The Osage River is a good place to enjoy the day fishing. We started at 6 AM and the fishing was as good as the weather. The first hour we catch fish on top water baits and blade baits around rocks and deep logs. We had some nice spots on top and a 4 lb black on the blade bait. The next few hour turned to a botton bite on Jigs, shaky head and worms. The bite was good but we need better hook set to keep the fish butttoned. The next move was to fined baits that they could get the hooks into the fish. A small jig and drop shot helped get the numbers up on landing keeper. To sum up the day I would fish shallow the first hour and them move to the deeper rocks and logs, us jigs and 10 inch worms around logs. lake ozark River Fishing Guide.com We can get you on the water and fishing. |
