Lake Osark River Fishing Guide Reports fishing good on thursday morning on the osage river below the dam. A family from IL went out on a trip and no one had ever fished before. The day started at 7 AM with topwater and flukes. The little girl was the first to catch a keeper spot on a fluke. After a move down river mom started to catch fish but didn’t get them to the boat she was useing a jig. The next move to logs and the young boys got things going. A nice three lb bass and four other smaller one made it into the boat. Over all the fishing was good and a family have a great photo to rember the day. |
