Went out of Coffman Beach access this morning around 6:20 and fished a total of three hours. Seen Jacks Guide Service truck at the lot, must have taken a client out this morning from Coffman . We mainly fished bluffs along the 5mm marker of the Gravois along with a few isolated docks with brush. Fish was biting hard and we boated 5 bass with one three pounder and two other small keepers and two shorts. Four was caught on the chompers and one on a green pumpkin Senko. The largest came in almost two feet of water and as soon as the Chomper hit the water. Others we’re caught in around 15 feet of water. Overall fishing was fair with a few others not brought in the boat. |
