Fishing Notes |

The last few week I’ve tryed to post a report but my cumputer shuts down. The fishing has been good the first few hours of day lite and the last few hour before dark. We used top water to start out with and them went deep to finish off the day. On one day the ladys showed the guys how to catch the fish. a walleye in the three to four lb range was the big fish for the girls. On the next trip a nice spoted bass got things started with lots of smaller bass to keep us trying to catch a bigger on. The dog days of summer are getting into the swing of thing but the cooler water below the dam keep the fish feeding shallow. Look for shallow fish early and then go deeper. |
