Shallow docks in back of Indian Creek on Gravois Arm |
Fishing Notes |
---|
Fished this morning from around 7:00-10:00 am. Put in at Coffman Beach and headed to Indian Creek on the Gravois Arm. Didn’t know what to expect after yesterday’s hard rain and storms. Figured it would be a blue bird day and it was. The shallow bite has been working for me lately so I thought I would continue with it. Searched for some shallow docks in the back of coves in Indian creek with some brush around. Sun was very bright once it got high , so I knew they would really be tucked under docks and they were. Fished with a bitzy bug jig with a paca craw trailer. I tipped the claws with chartreuse dye. Caught 5 fish with 3 being keepers and one being 3lbs. Hope to get out in the am again tomorrow . |
