Fishing Notes |
---|
Got out today around 12:30 and fished about 2 1/2 hours after the first batch of heavy rain. After having had some luck on the spook over the last two weeks I decided to throw it today. Conditions were good and had some chop on the water. In about the first 45 min I had four fish with two keepers. Spook of choice today was the bone chuggin spook with a rattle. Only fished two coves in the Gravois due to weather first was Bouge Bay then Cedar Creek. Once again the rain started and was coming down heavy and the bite stopped for me. Total fish caught was five for the day. Fished docks while walking the spook form back of docks to front. Three of five fish was caught on front of docks. Tons of runoff water coming into lake. |
