Fishing Notes |
---|
Fished today with my wife and 2 sons in the boat. They are 7 and 3 so I spent a lot of time trying not to get hooked myself. Started out throwing buzz baits with no success. Then switched to a chatter bait and saw a lot of small fish chase it out from the dock corners finally catching a short doing this. I slowed things down and started flipping and skipping a whacky worm and things greatly picked up. Pulled a fish off every dock after that. I got 2 keepers in real dark shadows not great fish but it felt good just to see that much action. We fished at the 23mm of the Osage. We had to get going and get off the water but I was sure I could have caught a lot more with more time. Sorry no pictures of fish my phone died |
