After fishing our club buddy tournament in the dam area last weekend and only catching 1 keeper in 2 days put in today at PB2 and fished glaiize area. Started with rogue with no takers and was liking water color and temp for a wiggle wart so tied one on and 5 minutes later caught a keeper in cove towards mouth of glaize by bridge. Picked up and headed back in glaize fishing past party cove and caught another keeper. Went to back of cove fishing a secondary and went over a big brush pile and twirled boat and threw a jig back to it and thought I hung up on tree then saw my line running and set the hook and was in for a fight with a BIG cat. Water temp in glaize ranging from 49 to 55. |
