Fished from the 2mm to the 12 mm of the Osage Covered water w the wart and wobble head, flipped when it felt right, buzzed the pockets |

Sat was overcast and breezy in the am so I tried to run main lake stuff with nothing to show for it moved into the creeks around 10 am and caught 2 keepers flipping just outside the pockets and caught a couple more on the wobble head on the secondary points outside the pockets. Sun came out around 1ish and I picked up the wart and tricked 3 more including the big girl. Was going to switch to crappie later in the day but picked up the buzzer and couldn’t put it down had 4 more keeps in the evening on the buzzer. 11 keeps on the day best 5 17.5ish Sun was calm and sunny I leaned on the buzzer and wart mainly threw the jig when it looked appropriate. Focused non the last channel bank and spawning pockets. Fun day 14 keeps no bigs best 5 14ish great day. |
