Problems Logging In
- Verfiy email address.
- Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE
- Security question answers are NOT
- If you are unable to remember your password. Use the “Forgot Your Password” link.
- Password resets are sent via email AND OFTEN END UP IN YOUR SPAM / JUNK EMAIL FOLDER. PLEASE GIVE A FEW MINIUTES, AND DIG INTO YOUR OTHER EMAIL FOLDERS IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE IT.

What is the Difference in Memberships?
We split the website into different categories to make our membership as economical as possible; enabling members to subscribe to only of what they have interest.
- The Crappie+ membership includes only Crappie and seasonal fish coverage.
- The PRO plan covers the rest of the website. (Excluding Crappie+ content).
- The PRO+ option gives you everything; access to the entire site.

When Does My Membership Expire?
Your membership is good for one year and will auto-renew. You can view your membership dates under My Account > My Membership.
Why did my Membership Auto-Renew?
When you sign up for an account, you agree to an automatic annual renewal process. Although you can cancel (downgrade) your membership any time before your next renewal date. We send renewal reminders days prior to the renewal date. However those sometimes land in your spam folder too. Please just contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
How do I Update my Billing Credit Card or Change Accunt Information & Password?
If you need to change your Account Info simply log into your account and click on “Update My Credit Card,” “Change My Password” or whatever action is needed.
How do I Search for a Specific Topic on Your Site?
We have a search feature at the top right of the menu.
How do I Cancel my Membership?

To manually cancel your membership log in to My Account (on the top menu) > Then My Membership (on the left side) and choose “Downgrade….. ”
