Bassing Bob-Robins Resort Winter Bass Challenge January 11 Thursday, Condition Updates January 10th

Saturdays forecast is a low of 32 and a high of 48 degrees, partly sunny and a slight wind of 14MPH.

Lake conditions

Much of party cove and the main lake in the Glaize beyond party cove had some ice.  From party cove to the main Osage was totally clear.  Some of the creeks between party cove and the Osage had ice.  The wind was blowing from the south today and many coves on the north banks from the 19mm to the 23mm were ice free.  Some of the coves on the south banks had ice ½ way back.

Ramps and Parking

PB2 had some boats launch out of there today.  We drove the boat threw some thin ice to break up the ice around noon today.  We went back through around 5:00pm and there is little ice in the cove.  The ramp at PB2 and the roads into PB2 are clear.   The trailer parking at PB2 is all clear as well with plenty of parking.

Robins Resort roads, ramp and trailer parking are cleared.

Phi Hi Se is closed

Check In begins at 6:00 AM.  There will be coffee and donuts available before takeoff and hot dogs and refreshments during the weigh in.
