Bassing Bob And Navionics Team Up To Offer A SonarChart Story Contest

Bassing Bob and Navionics are pleased to announce a special contest where you can win prizes by recording sonar charts.   Sonar Charting is a new Navionics feature that allows you to record sonar, upload to Navionics website, and get one foot contours for you and others in the Navionic community that have uploaded sonar.

The dates of the contest will run from April 15, 2014 through May 15,2014. All participants with a Hummingbird, Raymarine or Garmin Chartplotter(check for specific model options) can participate.  

Participants would record data on a standard blank SD card and download the information to the Navionics website at http://www.navionics.com/en  Click downloads and updates and create a free account.  For more information on how to record and upload your new charts, watch this video at http://www.bassingbob.com/videos/watch/navionics-sonarcharts-recording-sonar-logs/

Each participant is asked to tag a short story to your download.

This contest is not limited to Lake of the Ozarks, so any lake you are on will qualify.

For every download to the Navionics website, we will enter your name into a drawing for great prizes.  The prizes will be determined by the number of participants we have. 

From these new sonar logs, you will now benefit from brand new information such updated maps of your favorite lake, get recent data from other lakes, and get updated information from many anglers and boaters on your favorite lake.
