The Championship here on LOZ was met each morning with a delayed take off due to fog, high pressure, sunny and zero wind conditions, however over 40 limits were weighed in on day 1. Most fish were reported to be caught on top water baits and jigs around docks and main lake points, mostly from the Niagua's to around the Shawnee Bend area. Some fisherman wacked em on day one in the river area of the Osage but that bite just did not materialize today. The winners were rewarded with a brand new Ranger Boat.
