Tournament Updates Due to Coronavirus Concerns – Updated 3-21-2020

We will do our best to keep this news item updated as we receive any news regarding tournaments.  Stay tuned as this is a very fluid situation and can change daily/hourly.

March 16th, 2020, I talked to The DNR State Park Office and PB2 State Park Marina and several tournament directors today and the past couple of days.  The marina and State Park are still open and unless directed by the state will remain open and tournaments can proceed as usual.

National Youth Team Anglers – March 20-21 Cancelled, Rescheduled to May 30th and 31st.

FLW Toyota Series – March 26th – March 28th – Cancelled/Postponed

Alhonna Tournament – March 28th and 29th – Cancelled

OMTT at Grand Lake – March 28th Cancelled

Big Bass Bash, Pickwick Lake March 21-22, Cancelled

Heavens Anglers, Help a Child, April  4th – Cancelled

Heavens Anglers Catch a Vet, May 27th, Still On.

Anglers Choice, Lake of the Ozarks, April 4th, Still On

Big Bass Bash, Lake of the Ozarks, April 18th and 19th, Still On

• You are encouraged to register on-line to avoid big crowd at PB2 Friday the 17th.
• BBB are considering spreading out the Friday registration locations to avoid big crowds, stay tuned.
• The Awards ceremony may be downsized, stay tuned.
• Decision to be made on tournament April 1st

Anglers in Action Tournament Trail – UPDATE (Postponed)
The Anglers in Action tournaments scheduled for Grand Lake on April 4th and Lake of the Ozarks on April 5th have been postponed.
We are currently working on new dates for these 2 events and will have them posted when we get permit approval.

In my conversation with the State Park Marina at PB2, they are taking extreme caution to be sure the store and restrooms are sanitized often to protect everyone.   As BassingBob will not be serving coffee/donuts and hot dogs, the Marina store will have packaged donuts and coffee and snacks.
