Missouri Angler Wednesday Night Tournament May 6th – Its On – See Below for Social Guidelines
We will have our first tournament next Wednesday, May 6th, however, there will be some changes due to the COVID-19. Early sign ups will be at Sport Boats USA (Joe Bass Tackle,) located in Osage Beach across from the PB#2 entrance, as well as the PB#2 ramp. Tournament hours will be the same 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Unfortunately we can’t have large groups congregating before the tournament and during the weigh-in. We request that only one team member pay preferably from their vehicle before launching their boat. If you come by water only one angler pay Kathy by the concessions stand and return to your boat.
Only 6 anglers will be allowed in the weigh-in line spaced at least 6 feet apart. Once the fish are weighed return to your boat. If you are in contention either stay in your boat or take it out and park near the weigh-in. If it takes at least 12 pounds to stay in the hunt, we would ask that you don’t bring 6 or 8 pounds to the scales unless you have a bass that might be big bass of the tournament. Weigh-in bags will be distributed by a tournament official.
Free entry for the following tournament will be drawn by Lou or Ray and the name of the team drawn will be indicated on this web site or informed at the PB#2 ramp.
We know these restrictions and rules are a pain in the rear, but we want to keep all anglers safe from the virus. Hopefully all this will end by June.
