Had a great turnout for the first Missouri Angler Wednesday Night Tournament of the year. Fifty teams tired of the quarantine decided to give their best for a four fish limit. Fishing was good for some of the anglers and fair for others. There were eleven limits brought to the scales with two, five pound lunkers and seven, four pounders, The weather was good with a full moon, but a little chilly after the cold front hit the lake area the night before. The current lake level is 657.7 with heavy generation and a water temperature of 63 degrees. Next week’s tournament, May 15th will be a Bass Cat Quest sponsored by Dupo Marine Center, located at 900 North Main, Dupo, Illinois. 1st & Big Bass 5.38 – Brandon & Rhett Hill – 14.58 lbs.
