The fifty-six (56) teams lucked out tonight beating the severe storm predicted for the lake area. Some of the bass are still on beds and are being caught from two to eight feet behind docks and on pocket and main lake points. Right now it’s hard to get a good pattern, you can catch some good keepers one day and the next day you struggle to get a limit. The best bite seems to be on jigs and creature baits. The lake is clear with a current surface water temperature of 74 to 76 degrees. There is heavy generation and will continue for several days due to Truman Lake being 7 feet above pool and the forecast for heavy rains in the coming days. 1st – Joey & Burke Sorenson 13.30 lbs. and Big Bass 5.30 Free Entry for next week Boat 30 – Josh Swineberg & Stan Green |
