4th Annual Warrior William Bass Tournament

We had our 4th Annual Warrior William Bass Tournament this past Saturday and what a turn out.  We hosted 46 boats out of Red Oak Resort, fishing was tough for most, a lot boats brought in 2-3 fish to the scales.   Most fish seemed to be caught on top water, shakey heads, jigs, and some on swim baits.

We have met our goal to grow this tournament each year these past 4 years and this year we blew it out of the water.  We will have our work cut out for us for next year.  We had a lot of new faces on the water as well as donors to this tournament and we could not be more thankful.  It’s a bonus getting to fish for a fundraising event but the main goal is raising money for the Charity.  All proceeds from the event help fund research for a rare Neurological Disorder called, Rett Syndrome.  William, was the son of some great friends of ours who was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome early in his life and unfortunately passed away in August of 2020.  Please check out the website for more information on our goals, Current raffles, and updates on next years tournament at www.warriorwilliam.com.  The Tournament for 2022 is scheduled for October 8th, 2022 out of Red Oak.  See attached pictures of some of the winners.   Be sure to to mark your calendars for next year!
