Tonight there were thirty-nine (39) teams fishing the Missouri Angler Wednesday Night Tournament in perfect weather and a good bite. There were sixteen, four fish limits brought to the scales, five 3 pound bass, six four pound bass and two bass weighing 5 pounds. According to some of the anglers jigs, worms and crankbaits were their best bite.
The lake has finally settled down and has been and near normal pool at 659.11 with light generation (2578.26 cfs.) The surface water temperature is 85 degrees with visibility approximately 3 feet. There were a lot big boats getting a head start for the 4th of July and the main lake was rough.
