Another hot night, but the bass were biting fairly well for the thirty four (34) teams fishing the Missouri Angler Wednesday Night Tournament. It took 14 pounds and better to get in the check line with a four fish limit. There were fifteen teams weighing in with seventeen 4 pound and one 5 pound bass brought to the scales.
According to some of the anglers there best bite was Texas rigged worms, brush hogs and jigs 8 to 15 feet. The current lake level is 660 with light generation (2,310.43 cfs.) The surface water temperature is 88-89 degrees with visibility of about three feet.
