Fishing Notes |
---|
The bass were all caught in 10 feet or less today. The cooler than normal weather and the rain may have pushed the fish shallower. There were many large schools of shad in the coves we fished as well. The 4 pounder was caught in the very back of a pocket off of a cove in 3 feet of water with a 10 inch worm and another in a brush pile in the middle of a pocket. . 4 keepers were caught on a spook in less than 10 feet of water with a couple of them just off the bank. There were a few short strikes on the spook but couldn’t hook up. The boat traffic was lighter this morning with the rain which was a nice relief. |
