Fishing Notes |
---|
This morning I got on the water about 9:00 and fished til 12:30. I started the morning fishing a few of the brush piles that I sank a few weeks ago, no bites yet from those brush piles. Then I fished some shallow docks and got a few bites including a small keeper. This afternoon I did a video interview with local fishing guide and good tournament fisherman, Gary Schultz. Gary suggested that with the draw down of the water this past week combined with the warmer temperatures’ that have caused the water temps to rise, that the fish are likely setting up now in traditional summer patterns. Although I am getting some bites under docks, Gary’s suggestion seems spot on. |
