Business Development Manager / Sales

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.  You will help us grow advertising for BassingBob.com, Lake of the Ozarks Fishing News Magazine and to develop new partnerships at lakes nationally for the Fish-Intel platform.

You will receive a base salary and commissions working in the growing and exciting fishing industry.

Desired skills/background:

• Successful sales and business development experience is desired.
• Good prospecting skills, including cold calling in person and via the telephone.
• Self motivated and driven.
• Creative business development skills using social media, email campaigns and varying other one-on-one and one to many marketing activities.
• Consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent and professional follow-up skills.
• Located at Lake of the Ozarks desired but not necessary.
• Knowledge of the fishing industry desired but not necessary.
• Working use of all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Working knowledge and expertise with all social media platforms.
